Comfort Zone Camps welcome kids from around the country. We have had campers travel from 44 states, Washington D.C., Canada and the UK. Our goal is to reach all 50 states.

The first Comfort Zone Camp was held near Richmond, Virginia in 1999. In ten years, Comfort Zone has expanded its camp services to four additional locations – California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Texas - all free of charge. 

The “camp bubble” in which Comfort Zone is set creates an environment where grieving children can have fun and break the isolation death often brings, while learning valuable coping skills for their daily lives. Read about how camp helps.
